Extra curricular Activities
Classical Ballet
Classical ballet offers the students a wonderful opportunity to cultivate poise, discipline and coordinated movements, while training the ear to recognize musical patterns. The students learn the French names of the steps, practice at the ballet bars, and execute series of variations in the center. There is usually a performance during the Christmas Program or at the end of the school year.
Mexican Folklorico Dance
Children enjoy learning the authentic Mexican folklore and joyful dances. The more experienced students learn more intricate steps and choreography. They also get to perform dances from different regions of Mexico during the Christmas Program.
Spanish Club
This program is hands-on and thematically organized to promote more interaction and absorption. Children are introduced to Spanish through music, games, visual aids, and literature. They also celebrate important festivities by interpreting roles and plays.
